When we launched our first New Jersey Food Truck in 2012, and then followed with a second truck in Philadelphia in 2014, Oink and Moo’s distinctive menu immediately captured the BBQ food truck niche.
Drawn by our unique pairings of meats and poultry – rubbed and smoked, low and slow – with chef-inspired sauces and special toppings, Oink and Moo customers have kept coming back for our BBQ and Tex-Mex specialty items, as well as the traditional fare we serve up.
We’d be happy to bring our unique take on BBQ to your next event.
Think Chipotle Chicken Tacos, Brisket Sliders, Black Bean Quesadillas, Oink and Moo Chili (all meat!) – it doesn’t get much better than that! And then we offer salads and sides (e.g., smoke sweet potatoes with candied bacon) to round out a meal.
